How I am? (My personality)

Hiii!!! My name is Francisca Urbano and I'm the lady of the palace.
I'm so generous and kind with all the people in the city. I'm also very polite with the nobles of the palace. I can be crude and impatient when the things that I have planned aren't succesful as it was expected. I can be pretend that I'm snob, just to let them think that I don't know anything. I'm also very bossy with the houseworkers who don't work. I'm very sensitive if someone of the palace very close to me is hurted. I'm so much protective with the queen and I don't want anything bad happens to her. I'm able to be brave and sensible in very bad moments, and I can calm other people if they're very agressive or bad-tempered. I can be very shy at first sight with someone I don't know, and be warm-hearted if someone is suffering a lot due to my fault or due to the others fault. I'm so cautious with people that I still don't know why I don't want them to hurt me or hurt the queen.
